Outback Lakeside Vacation Homes has been designed to be a private paradise on Okanagan Lake. Below, you will find answers to questions most frequently asked by our new guests.

Is staff assistance available?

Our front desk is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in July and August and from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during the rest of the year. For late check-ins, emergencies and other requests, we can also be reached by phone 24 hours a day.

Do we have a restaurant?

There is no restaurant on the property. All homes are equipped with gourmet kitchens and barbecue grills on the decks. You will also find eclectic restaurants in Vernon, which is located 20 minutes away.

Please visit the Vacation Foods website to have groceries delivered to your vacation rental.

Do we offer Internet?

Yes. Complimentary wired and Wi-Fi Internet is available in all homes. But don’t be surprised if you find yourself logging on less and less during your stay!

Do we offer transportation?

We can arrange airport shuttle service for an additional fee. Reservations are required.

Do we provide housekeeping?

Houses are cleaned after checkout. We can arrange for housekeeping during your stay for an additional fee.

Are we pet-friendly?

Of course! This is the Great Outdoors and we can’t think of any better place to bring your pet! Please let us know that you will be bringing your furry pet at the time of your reservation as not all of our homes are pet friendly.
